The company
The company are an Automation process builder for a variety of key industries, working for some of the largest organisations in the world. With a relocation to another nearby site, the company are continuing to grow and looking to add a Finance Assistant (Part Time) to the team of 6 following the recent expansion of the business.
The role
Finance Assistant, reporting to the Finance Manager who will take responsibility for processing payments, Invoicing, Expense Accounts.
You will take responsibility for:- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
- Enter and reconcile internal expense accounts.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:- Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Excellent communication skills
Other DESIRABLE skills include:- Familiarity with accounting software (Pegasus opera 3)
- AAT, ACCA, ACA or Cima Qualification

On offer is the opportunity for the right candidate to join a forward thinking and progressing company. Salary of between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience. This is 30 hours per week based in Kingswinford.
