The company
One of the largest and most innovative logistics & distribution companies, with multiple sites UK wide who specialise in a wide variety of sectors from FMCG, Retail to Food and Manufacturing.
With several key contracts to fulfil with key customers, the company are looking for a number of ONGOING Class 1 Drivers in Droitwich.
The role
An HGV Class 1 Driver is now required join the team on an Ongoing basis with a variety of shifts available to suit. We have work available on Days (5am-7am start), Nights (5pm - 7pm Start), weekends and/or any combination of weekends and weekdays you are looking for. E.g Sunday-Thursday, Saturday-Wednesday, or a standard Monday-Friday. You also have the option to work 4 on 4 off.
You will take responsibility for:
- Trunking work both local and to southern depots
- Working either 10-12-hour Day or Night Shift
- Have an option of any combination of days per week- Mon-Fri, Sunday-Thurs etc
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- A Valid HGV Class 1 licence entitlement (C)
- Ideally a Minimum 2-year HGV Class 1 driving experience however new passes are also considered
- No more than 6 penalty points
- A valid Digital Tachograph & CPC card
- Be able to demonstrate excellent geographical knowledge.

On offer is the chance to join one of the larges logistics companies in the UK with plenty of work available long term. There is a varied amount of work as well as a range of shifts and hours to suit you, with many of our drivers currently working a minimum of 50 hours. We have both PAYE & Umbrella Options available - £16 - £18 PAYE per hour Mon-Friday.
