Having moved into our Brand-New Office in the Birmingham City Centre and due to increased demand along with further development of our existing divisions and customer base, we are seeking Apprentice Recruitment Resourcers to help drive our ambitious growth plans into 2022 and beyond!

The role

So what exactly is a Recruitment Resourcer?

A Recruitment Resourcer, is an entry level role in recruitment where you will begin to learn the world of recruitment. No one day is the same and if you love speaking to people you can find yourself speaking with candidates from all walks of life, across various roles within any of our key sectors.

We are looking for apprentices to join us who are resilient, creative, love a challenge and are dedicated to building themselves a long-term career with a progressive company.

You will take responsibility for:

• Assisting senior staff & management in recruiting for a range of vacancies
• Updating of records on our systems, whilst using industry leading technology to help resource/recruit staff into key positions for globally recognised brands
• Understanding the industry whilst undergoing an NVQ Level 2/3
• Assist in establishing the company brand within your sector
• Working autonomously and helping to create a fantastic working environment
• Creating an all-round positive experience for customers and candidates

What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

• Fantastic communication & interpersonal skills
• Hardworking ethos and extremely reliable
• Organised
• A confident and resilient individual
• Attention to detail
• Mature and able to work independently

Other DESIRABLE skills include:

• Strong academic record would be an advantage however candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Previous Experience within the Engineering/Manufacturing, Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics or Sales, Retail & Marketing industries would be a distinct advantage
