The company
An leading Machine tools Manufacturer and supplier based in Dudley. After seeing a large increase in orders from key Engineering customers, the company are seeking to expand their team and are looking for a Service co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
The role
A Service co-ordinator is now required join the team on a permanent basis. Providing suitable 8-5:30 day shifts.
You will take responsibility for:
- Technical support role, supporting Service engineers, with queries and breakdowns.
- Providing Field training to customers,
- Providing post sales support to customers
- Co-ordinating Service Breakdowns
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Service or Maintenance Engineer experience within Machine Tools.
- Good Knowledge of machinery, how it operates and how to service it, LATHE, SLIDING HEAD,
- Strong Knowledge of PLC'S such as Mitsubishi, Siemens and Fanuc PLC'S.
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Apprenticeship trained
- Customer facing experience, or sales experience.

Including a salary of £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience). A chance to join a large company rapidly expanding who reward employees, with a great bonus structure including £80 per machine sale, and up to an extra £14,000 in bonus available each year.
