CNC Milling Setter
The company
One of the largest Engineering groups in the UK who specialises in the machining and assembly of cast and forged parts, supporting a range of industries including the Power Generation, Off Highway, Construction and Automotive. Due to an increase in work, the company are now looking to add a CNC Setter to their team.
The role
A CNC Setter preferably Miller is now required to join the team, with a variety of hours/shifts available to suit the successful applicants. Shifts available include a Day shift Mon-Thurs 7:30am - 4:30pm and 7:30pm- 12:30pm on a Friday.
You will take responsibility for:
- Setting Milling Machines
- Able to achieve set production targets for quantity of parts produced per shift
- Will Load and unload components / castings in to and out of CNC machines
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- A strong understanding of CNC Milling
- Will have have some Engineering or Mechanical Handling experience
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Ideally 2 years' experience Setting CNC Milling Machines
- Programming experience would be desired
- Driving Licence or direct Transport
