The company
An Automotive Manufacturing Business based in Oldbury, working closely with some of the world's largest Automotive OEM'S. After seeing a large increase in production due to requirements with key customers, the company are seeking to expand their team and are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.
The role
A Maintenance Supervisor is now required join the team on a permanent basis. Originally starting on days 6-2, with the view to move to shifts, 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 after a few months.
You will take responsibility for:
- Managing a team of 5-7 Engineers, supervising their work, and providing guidance and assistance.
- Creating Maintenance plans and implementing them into the team, such as PPM.
- Stores Management,
- Electro-Mechanical maintenance of Cnc machine tools, heavy plant equipment including casting machines, ovens and conveyors.
- PLC Fault finding/Identifying, Siemens s7, TIA portal. Etc.
- Electro-Mechanical Maintenance/Fault finding on robotics. (ABB, FANUC).
- Electro-mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns on Pneumatical, hydraulic machinery. (Pneumatic cylinders, inverters, motors, drivers, pumps, gearboxes.
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Supervisory/Management experience of Maintenance Teams.
- Experience creating/Implementing PPM plans, and maintenance plans.
- Experience/Ability to Fault find on PLC'S, such, Siemens s7, tia portal.
- Experience with Cnc Machine Tools and/or Heavy industry Equipment, such as Ovens and casting machines.
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic experience.
- Electrical experience 16th /17th / 18th Edition
- Strong electro-Mechanical background, Multi-skilled Engineer.
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- EXPERIENCE PROGRAMMING ROBOTICS, ABB, FANUC.
- PLC PROGRAMMING on plc's such as SIEMENS, S7, TIA PORTAL.ALLEN BRADLEY, Mitsubishi.
- Experience within the Manufacturing/Automation/Automotive and Machine tools Industries
