A global supply chain and logistics solution provider to some of the world's largest Automotive, Technology, MedTech, Industrial and Healthcare corporations. Specialising in the design and implementation of logistical solutions. Due to a significant increase in demand with several key customers, they are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Administrator to join the teams at their Hinckley and Lutterworth facilities.
The role
A Facilities and Maintenance Administrator to assist in coordinating the UK Engineering Team's administration and documentation across the Hinckley and Lutterworth sites.
You will take responsibility for:
- Co-ordinating and utilising current maintenance management systems (MMS), carrying out administrative duties such as maintenance schedules, system report forecasts, data-input, performance management, internal auditing, and day-to-day reporting
- Liaising with and supporting UK teams/departments to implement new MMS capabilities and initiatives
- Ensuring completeness and compliance per local laws, guidance, and legislation of all administration and documentation
- Tracking budgets and expenditures for facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams and supporting cost savings through continuous improvement
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Must be organised, self-motivated, have a good attention to detail and a strong communicator and strong multi-tasking abilities
- UK driving license and use of vehicle as travel between sites required
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Experience working within a manufacturing, production, engineering, maintenance and/or service setting.
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing teams / MMS experience would be highly advantageous
