The UK manufacturing industry currently employs over 2.6 million people across the UK which is the equivalent of over 8% of the total UK workforce, whilst the industry also contributes 11% of GVA (Gross Value Added) to the economy. Some parts of the industry continue to buck the trend in terms of growth compared to the wider UK economy, with sectors such as the Aerospace sector seeing exponential growth for the past 5 years at almost 40%.
We understand each sector within the industry has its own unique requirements and challenges, meaning our approach to each must be tailored accordingly.
