Established in 2018, Pontem Recruitment are becoming a fast recruitment partner of choice for engineering, manufacturing & Logistics companies across the Midlands. Having moved into our brand-new office in the Birmingham City Centre and due to increased demand and further development of our existing divisions and customer base. We are now seeking a Recruitment Administrator to help drive our ambitious growth plans into 2023 and beyond!
The role
A Recruitment Administrator is now required to join the team on a PERMANENT basis who will be responsible for assisting managers, handling enquiries and pre-selecting candidates for many different sectors of the business.
You will take responsibility for:- Updating the database
- Handling enquiries that may come in
- Providing excellent customer service skills with candidates
- Help support the team by posting jobs ads and scheduling interviews
What you need:
It is essential for the successful candidate to have the following:- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to work accurately and independently.
- Must have knowledge of working with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong academic record would be an advantage however candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Another advantage would be to have previous experience within the Engineering/Manufacturing, Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics or Sales, Retail & Marketing Industries.
