The company
A well-established Educational Institute based in London, with several campuses/sites within close proximity of each other. Due to continual growth and expansion of existing premises, they are now looking for a new Maintenance Technician to the join the business.
The role
Reporting into the Facilities Manager, a Maintenance Technician is required to join the team on a permanent basis. You will take responsibility in maintaining several campuses within the London area.
You will take responsibility for:
- Servicing buildings, carrying out routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Air Conditioning/Ventilation Systems (HVAC) maintenance
- Electrical Works/Building Management Systems (BMS)
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Previous facilities maintenance experience
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Experience of BMS and HVAC
