- Pontem Group are working with one of the UK's leading manufacturer and suppliers of domestic glazing solutions. Our partner is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Adviser to join their successful and expanding team in Corby. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring smooth operations within the department.Role: Customer Service Adviser
Location: Corby
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £20-22,000 p/a (DoE)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 (including 1 hour break)
Role Overview:
The Customer Service Adviser's responsibilities will include:- Upholding best practices in customer service processes, internal procedures, and administration in line with company policies.
- Maintaining accurate and updated documentation of all customer service processes.
- Cultivating strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
- Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager to execute departmental operations efficiently.
- Coordinating and communicating changes in delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Approaching process improvements with a positive mindset.
- Keeping delivery schedules and production lists current.
- Organising remedial actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has:- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient handwriting and note-taking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Self-motivation while also being an effective team player.
- Capability to work under deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Essential IT experience, particularly in Word and Excel.
