Project Manager to join the team on a full time basis based at their head office in Cannock.
The Role: A
Project Manager is now required to join the team and manage the day-to-day operations of all projects. 42.5 Hours per week - Mon & Wed 8:30 till 17:00, Tues & Thurs 8:30 till 17:30, Fri 8:30 till 16:00.
You will take responsibility for:- Managing all day-to-day operations of the project.
- Producing all the technical specifications, procurement schedules, bid tabs and sub-contracts that are required for the project.
- Overseeing material deliveries and monitoring the progress of suppliers' manufacturing.
- Conducts team and client meetings with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all documents relating to projects are completed, current and stored in the appropriate place.
- Budget management for projects including producing cash flows and liaising with the accounts department on all applications.
- Working closely with the design and build team.
- Developing long-standing relationships with client personnel.
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:- Previous experience as a Project Manager preferably with experience dealing with waste water projects.
- Managed contracts in excess of £1 Million
- To be able to read engineering drawings
- IOSH Managing Safely
Other DESIRABLE experience include:- PRINCE2 OR APM Project Management Qualification
- Qualification / HND in an engineering background
- CSCS / CCNSG Card
