If so, Pontem Education & Training has a great opportunity for you to join our partner school team as a KS3 & KS4 Physics Teacher! This is a fixed term contract for a year to cover teacher's maternity.

Role Overview
As a Physics Teacher, you will inspire students to explore the wonders of physics while honing their analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will deliver dynamic lessons and provide support to help students achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities as a Physics Teacher:- Design and deliver captivating physics lessons that stimulate curiosity and interest in the subject.
- Create lesson plans and assessments tailored to different learning levels and styles.
- Encourage students to engage with complex concepts and apply them to real-world scenarios.
- Monitor students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain open communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students are motivated to excel.
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in physics.
- Proven experience teaching physics at KS3 & KS4 levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and collaborating with colleagues and parents.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
