Transport administrator Required in Stourbridge The company A privately owned haulage company who have been transporting freight and palletized items throughout the UK for the last 40 years.
The role A Transport Administrator is now required join the team on a
PERMANENT basis. Working
Monday to Friday 06:00am till 15:00.
You will take responsibility for:- Answer calls and emails from other depots
- To work with operations teams (Both the AM Transport Supervisor and the PM Transport Supervisor)
- To Liaise with drivers regarding deliveries and collections
- Printing driver run sheets etc
- Adjusting runs and routes
What you need:- Must be able to meet deadlines and targets
- Good time management
- Someone who can work under pressure and bring a positive approach
- Must be able to deal with customers in a professional and calm manner
- Must know be familiar with Microsoft Office
Other DESIRABLE skills include: Working within with a transport/Haulage environment would be advantageous.
