The role
A Transport Administrator is now required join the team. Working Monday to Friday 08:30am till 16:30pm.

You will take responsibility for:

• Support in co- ordinating and monitoring administration aspect of Finance, Payroll, Trainning, HR Compliance, Absence Management, Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Facilities.
• Answer calls and emails from other depots
• To work with operations teams
• To Liaise with drivers regarding deliveries and collections
• Printing driver run sheets etc
• Adjusting runs and routes

What you need:

• General admin duties - eg filing, emails, enquiries, arrange meeting, Monitor and ordering of all sites consumables, etc.
• Monitoring and maintaining the accuracy the sites financial systems by
  • providing reports
  • reviewing supplier quotes invoices.
• Basic payroll
  • Support in processing hours to payroll team for processing
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Support with agency payroll, carry out spot checks on rates/hours and Manager signoff
• Supporting with General HR documents
  • processing HR relate documents to central HR team.
  • Note taking as required
• Support in maintaining communications and notice boards
• Support in arranging facilities maintenance and compliance checks
• Engage in site LEAN and continuous improvement activities
• Support Warehouse and transport operations as required

Experience and skill

• GCSE Maths and English (or equiv.) Grade C Minimum
• English fluency in written and verbal communication.
• Flexible approach to work at all times.
• Ability to give attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality

Salary:
Up to £22,000 Per Annum
