A global automotive company known for producing world class leading premium cars are currently on the lookout for a High Voltage Component Modelling Lead Engineer.The role
A High Voltage Component Modelling Lead Engineer is now required join the team on a permanent basis.
You will take responsibility for:- Generating, applying, and integrating SiC Models
- Running sensitivity analysis
- Defining validation test cases and validating models
- Deep diving into optimising critical high power conversion stages in conjunction with partners
- Generating, applying, and integrating wiring and interconnect loss models
- Producing standardised reports and input parametrisation
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:- A good understanding of SiC switch operations and the loss components
- Comprehensive knowledge of the loss components in key electrified components
- Experience using Multiphysics modelling and other modelling tools
Other DESIRABLE skills include:- E motor detailed models
- Battery detailed models
- Charger detailed models
- Test and instrumentation techniques
