The company
One of the largest third-party Warehousing logistics companies in the UK, looking after key blue-chip customers nationwide, working with a range of industries from FMCG, Food, Retail and Manufacturing.
With key contracts to fulfill with key customers, the company are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator.
The role
A Warehouse Coordinator is now required join the team on a Full-Time basis and to make sure the operation runs smooth and efficient to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your shift times are as follows: 06:30 - 14:30 Monday to Friday (Overtime will be required and it paid at a time and a 3rd)
You will take responsibility for:- Allocating work for all employees
- Ensuring all adequate staff are trained within the operation to cover holidays, sickness, and absence.
- Keeping excellent working relationships with clients and internal customers
- Monitoring, recording, and maintaining responsibility for lateness and absentees.
- Making sure all customer requirements are fulfilled.
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:- A Minimum 2-years of managing/Coordinating in the warehousing and transport industry.
- Proven capability in a warehouse coordination position
- Driving License
- PC Literate
- Flexible approach to work
- Reliable
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Vocation al training in stock control
- Experience of using a WMS
- Knowledge of DLx Dispatcher WMS
- Desire to progress in their career.
What is on offer?
£27,000 - £31,000
(Overtime is paid at a time and a third)

There is a varied amount of work as well as a range of shifts and hours to suit you, with many of our drivers currently working a minimum of 50 hours. We have both PAYE & Umbrella Options available.
