CAD/CAM Engineer who appreciates detail and wants to be part of their inclusive team during this exciting time in luxury design.
The role: As a
CAD/CAM Engineer at their
Birmingham site. Reporting to the Head of Technical, you'll play a crucial role in their CAD/CAM engineering team. This includes using computer-aided design (Fusion 360) and manufacturing software (Siemens), you'll work in a project-based setting within their team of 6 engineers.
You will take responsibility for:- Generate engineering drawings using CAD/CAM software.
- Working with production documentation and interpreting customer instructions.
- Proving programming for CNC Milling machines before sending to the shop floor.
- Liaise with other departments to develop and improve manufacturing across the site.
- Create documentation in Programme details, Fixture & Tooling, Quality points, Setting & Cycle details.
What you need It is ESSENTIAL for the successful CAD/CAM Engineer to have the following:- Previous experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Programming & setting CNC Milling machines.
- Working in an Engineering/Manufacturing working environment.
- Tooling background.
Other DESIRABLE skills include:- Experience with Project Management in a team setting.
What is on offer Salary ranges from
£40,000 to £45,000, with a
