The company
One of the largest third-party logistics companies in the world, looking after key blue-chip customers nationwide, working with a range of industries from FMCG, Food, Retail and Manufacturing, they are now looking for 5 Graduate Customer Service Clerks to join their team.
The role
5 Graduate Customer Service Clerks are now required join the team working a standard day shift on a permanent basis.
You will take responsibility for:
- Contributing to all contractual KPI's- planning related
- Administrative duties in line with policies and procedures
- Dealing with on-going and outgoing telephone calls
- Attend development training when required
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
- Computer Literate and good administrative skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
