A family run business, based in the heart of Birmingham with over 100+ years Trading. They are one of the UK's most established Auction houses with an expertise within Luxury Watches, Designer Brands and Rare Jewellery. The company is now searching for a Finance Assistant to support with their rapid growth!
The role
Finance Assistant, reporting to the Head of Finance who will take responsibility for processing payments, debt management, credit assessment, cash handling.
You will take responsibility for:- Processing Supplier Invoices and Payments.
- Paying Vendors.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
- Assisting with Management Accounts.
- Journal Entries
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:- Part or Full AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified.
- Excellent communication skills
Other DESIRABLE skills include:- Experience of MS Dynamics (Navision)
- Confident, self-motivated.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation.
